Please accept our humble apologies for the late issue of Sidenetting 5. Almost as late as 4! The reason is that we have been having our sides re-stitched after Rio's TV Wind-Ups. That and the World Cup. So far (to 18th June) it has been tremendous. Not a duff game yet. Even England games come with an emotional mangle! Why should our televisual treat be sullied by those talking heads? We donít want to transcribe ñ we just want to watch.

But a week has passed now and itís not right. Itís Wright. And Shearer, and Terry Venables. And then thereís JJ Okocha (did anyone at ITV talk to JJ before the World Cup?). So we've cobbled some pundit transcription together with a promise of more later, and some up to the minute articles onÖ.the Champions League final - look we donít get paid for this y'know!

Oh, and don't wait up too late for Sidenetting6 - World Cup Special, because we're going to Germany now to soak up a bit of what may well be looked upon in years to come as the Greatest World Cup ever.
